The Diary of a Retiree
Such beautiful faces. Tell me about the large load the woman is carrying on her head. It looks very heavy.

Balinese women are the hardest working I’ve ever seen. They easily carry 100# on their heads, be it bags of rice, lava rocks, things to sell, or in this case, greens she has harvested, likely to feed her cow or, if some are banana leaves, to cook and wrap food in. It looks like there are other items hidden amount the greens as well.

It is hard to imagine such a load. I appreciate your response and the information.

I have seen a lot of pier shots but this would have to be one of the best.

The flowers are great, but I love the faces’ smiles and curious looks.

Excellent site you have here but I was wanting to know if you knew of any community forums that cover the same topics
talked about in this article? I’d really love to be a part of online
community where I can get advice from other experienced people
that share the same interest. If you have any recommendations, please let me know.
Many thanks!
